All appointments are released on the 15th of every month at 7:00 PM for the following month.

A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY on the day. We operate a strict no-refund policy.

Grace Period: 10 minutes.
Late Fees: After 10 mins = £10 fee. An additional £5 is charged for every 5 minutes after.
25+ Mins Late: Appointment automatically cancelled with zero deposit refund.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Must be done at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

Sunday Appointments: Premium slot +£15 fee.
Off-Site/Unreleased Slots: Any custom slot created outside normal availability = +£15 fee.
Emergency Slots: Appointments booked within 24 hours of the desired date = +£20 fee.

Your hair MUST be freshly washed, fully blow-dried, and 100% product/grease-free. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and being sent home.

Length Requirement: Hair must be at least 5cm all around. If your hair is shorter, send a DM with pictures BEFORE booking, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.

Xpression hair and gummy wax are provided for all styles.
Included Colors: 1, 1B, 2, and 4. (If you want another color, you must bring it with you; overall hairstyle pricing remains the same).

Boho Braids: Select "Bohemian Braids" when booking and bring 2–3 bundles. (1 bundle is classified as Goddess Braids). Bundles can be purchased from us in advance via DM prior to booking to confirm stock.
